Contra Costa County School Based Services
The Contra Costa School-Based Services (SBS) program provides mental health services designed to help youth learn to increase positive school outcomes, decrease need for higher levels of care, and improve social and family relationships.

Fred Finch becomes part of the school site environment to provide school-wide support to students, offering consultation on mental health matters to school personnel and collaborating closely with teachers and administrators. Staff provide culturally sensitive and trauma aware services reflecting the goals of each participant.
Eligibility
CC SBS is available to youth enrolled at the elementary, middle, and high schools in Mt. Diablo School District where Fred Finch provides services who have full-scope Medi-Cal.
