Rising Harte Wellness Center (RHWC) is a community health clinic located on the campus of Fred Finch in Oakland, CA.
Our highly trained staff is dedicated to providing quality preventative care to community members aged 5 and older.
We believe in accessible healthcare for all, which is why we offer FREE/low-cost medical, dental, and audiological services (Through CEID), all under one roof!

Audiology Services (Through the Center for Early Intervention on Deafness - 𝐂𝐄𝐈𝐃 )
CEID provides comprehensive hearing evaluations as well as evaluations and fittings of hearing aids and other amplification devices. Their skilled staff specializes in serving both pediatric and adult populations, in addition to working with deaf and hard of hearing programs for local school districts. Services include:

Eligibility
RHWC assists new clients with applying for and managing MediCal, CalFresh, and CalWORKS eligibility. We provide information and guidance on temporary coverage, including Gateway or CHDP, which is also known as Temporary Medi-Cal.
Note: We do not conduct eligibility determinations or enrollments for Medi-Cal, CalFresh, or CalWORKS. However, we can connect individuals to community sites where these services are available.
