Residential Supervisor is also responsible for assisting the Residential Manager with scheduling of staff,
crisis intervention, training, interviewing applicants, reference checking, and participating in agency in-
service trainings.

Property Manager - Coolidge Court
The live-in Property Manager for Coolidge Court Apartments is responsible for day-to-day operations of the site including managing tenant occupancy, upkeep of property and grounds, adherence to all state, federal (Housing and Urban Development - HUD) and local guidelines in regard to operating the apartments, and maintenance of neighbor relations.
Residential Youth Counselor Overnight Flexible hours - Avalon
The Residential Youth Counselor is responsible for day-to-day care and counseling of at-risk teens with special needs in a residential treatment program. The Residential Youth Counselor provides high quality care and ensures the safety of residents, staff, and site in accordance with policy, helping to implement the treatment/behavior plans for each resident in collaboration with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
This is a relief/on call/as needed position. The hours and day will vary based on need for additional staffing. The hours are 11:00 pm-7:00 am; 11:00 pm-9:00 am or 10:00 pm-6:00 am.
Peer Mentor Rising Oaks
The Peer Mentor is a primary agent for direct care and engagement of, youth, young adults and/or families in a community, home, or school setting. The primary role is to provide hope, one-on-one support, and mentorship to participants by sharing experience with recovery/resilience and expertise in navigating systems and programs
Clinician New Yosemite
The clinician serves youth ages 8 to 17 who are on the autism spectrum or have a developmental disability
and are struggling to be maintained in the home. Treatment can be as short as two weeks and as long as
90 days, so the clinician should be familiar with trauma-informed brief therapy and comfortable with

intensive case management.

This is 25 - 30 hours per week Part-time position.
Home Services Coordinator Avalon
The Home Services Coordinator is responsible for preparing food , food inventory , sanitation, and
storage in accordance with Community Care Licensing standards. They are also responsible for purchasing
and inventory control of client furnishings (e.g. clothing, furniture, activity/ event supplies), facilitating
program special events/ holidays and coordination and accounting practices related to purchasing, petty
cash management, allowance, and Personal & Incidental funds.
Clinical Manager Dual Diagnosis
The Clinical Manager is responsible to ensure high quality services and effective daily operations for assigned clinical team. Duties include clinical supervision and oversight of all treatment planning and implementation, program and resource development and management, personnel management including hiring, evaluation, coaching and training.
Behavior Analyst
The Behavior Analyst/Clinician is responsible for the overall behavioral management component of the participants or program, including training treatment team members on the behavioral aspects of the participants’ treatment. The Behavior Analyst/Clinician is part of a multidisciplinary team that provides behavioral support and interventions in a school, residential, or community setting with the goal of stabilization.

The Instructional Aide is responsible for assisting the Education Specialist(Teacher)with classroom activities involving youth and to work with youth giving positive reinforcement and setting achievable academic and behavioral goals.
