Training Description
This training aims to support youth practitioners by offering them strategies and tools to build stronger relationships with youth through highlighting youth voice, choice and leadership in the 21s century. This training will also over current issues that Gen Z youth are passionate about and current youth trends. In addition, the class will offer effective leadership and facilitation approaches for youth practitioners. Learn and share how to be a more effective, happier, and successful youth practitioner. This course offers a framework for youth practitioners of all experience levels to exchange ideas, experiences and resources to further their understanding on overall greater understanding of current youth intrinsic motivation.
Learning Objectives
Participants will learn in depth knowledge about youth leadership movements and the power of youth agency capacity building.
Participants will learn methods to strengthen active listening and targeting youth audience.
