Training Description

Hope is a strength and is a learnable skill which can help system-involved youth and young adults who have experienced trauma. This training will discuss the benefits of a hope-centered lens and ways to foster hope with youth. Join us to learn how to approach system-involved youth through a hope-centered lens that supports well-being and resilience.


Learning Objectives

  • Participants will be able to define hope and explain one psychological and one physical health implication it can have for system-involved youth.

  • Participants will be able to identify one building block of hope and how it supports the well-being and resilience of system-involved youth.
