About the Event
Dr. Lauren Szyper
The intention of this training is to explore the challenges of creating and maintaining work-life balance when working remotely due to COVID-19. While electing to periodically work from home may feel enjoyable and novel, being required to do so, especially when you have children, make it twice as challenging. How to manage the stress associated with this will be focused on.
Participants will learn:
- How to create more of a balance between work, personal life, and rest
- How to create more intentionality in your workspace at home to help improve focus and delineate work from personal life
- How to involve the whole family in developing a routine
- How to create awareness practices to assist with stress reduction
Time will be allotted for all participants to join and “sign-in”
