System-involved youth may externalize their distress and engage in risky behaviors. So, it is imperative for social service providers to learn how to navigate crises with high risk populations. The training will help providers understand the function of the behavior, how to apply harm reduction strategies, and how to create a safety plan with system involved youth engaging in risk behaviors.
