Training Description
This training will focus on ethical and legal issues in telehealth work with system-involved youth (SIY) and their families. It will address issues including competence, suitability, security and privacy, interjurisdictional practice challenges, boundaries, safety considerations, documentation, well-being, and required elements of informed consent related to such practice. Participants will develop skills and knowledge related to telehealth that will allow them to improve remote support for SIY.

Name three elements of security and privacy aspects of telehealth.
Identify four issues to consider prior to engaging in remote interjurisdictional practice with system-involved youth.
