Training Description

This training will introduce clinicians to ethical and clinical considerations in providing effective video  support to System involved youth ages 4+ and their families or caregivers. In this training participants will  learn many directive and non-directive strategies to use in case planning and will discuss how to effectively  implement these strategies

Learning Objective

  • Participants will learn strategies to create a virtual play room and identify practices to create containment and a supportive environment through video support with system involved youth ages 4+ and their families or caregivers

  • Participants will learn directive and non directive strategies to offer effective play support to system involved youth over video (tele play support) to enhance attachment and aide in case planning and meeting treatment goals
