Training Description
One of the most significant challenges for clinicians these days is to effectively engage patients and clients away from the use of substances and into constructive, transformational behaviors that are sustainable, especially with those perceived as having challenging behavioral issues. We will learn how coaching can deepen our effectiveness with our patients and clients and explore implementation of situational coaching leadership techniques and strengths finding practices, to support dually diagnosed people towards healthier lifestyles.
