Training Description
This workshop will expand understanding of strength-based work with system involved youth. Participants will learn the relationship between trauma and strengths and shift their perspective on youth development. The workshop will address strengths as protective factors, as well as strategies to mobilize the youth and their caregivers to identify and build capacity, resources, and passions.
