Training Description

One of the most significant challenges for those supporting system involved youth is to effectively engage them to break free of trauma and avoid using drugs and compulsive behavior to self-medicate. In this training, we will explore energy management and redirection of thought strategies, illicit drug facts, and harm reduction strategies in order to enhance our ability to support system-involved youth or their caregivers toward emotional development, wellbeing, resilience, and an increased ability to heal from traumatic events to lead a meaningful life.
