Doubling Hope for Families This Holiday Season

This holiday season, families across California are doing what many of us cherish most—sharing meals, decorating homes, and coming together with loved ones. But for many of the young people and caregivers served by our programs and services, the season can also bring added stress and uncertainty.

Some families are working hard to keep food on the table. Others are searching for stability while navigating behavioral health challenges, housing insecurity, or the pressure of rising costs. At a time meant for warmth and connection, too many of our neighbors are struggling to meet their most basic needs.

That’s why we’re especially excited and grateful to announce a generous holiday matching opportunity— every dollar you give will be doubled, up to $15,000— made possible by Metro Services Group, Oddo Family Foundation, and an anonymous donor. Together, these partners are helping ensure that every contribution to our Family Fund will go twice as far to support children, youth, and families during this season of giving.

For years, he slept on an old futon on the floor. Restless and uncomfortable at night, he often wandered outside in search of relief—which added fear and stress to an already difficult situation.

With support from donors, our team was able to provide him with a clean, comfortable bed and the safety he deserved. Today, he sleeps soundly, and his parents have the peace of mind that every caregiver longs for.
