A Milestone in Quality Care: Fred Finch Earns California High Fidelity Wraparound Certification

We are proud to announce that our Wraparound program has achieved California High Fidelity Wraparound Certified status.

This certification, issued by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) through the Resource Center for Family-Focused Practice (RCFFP), recognizes our alignment with California’s standards for High Fidelity Wraparound and our continued commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centered, evidence-based care.

High Fidelity Wraparound is a family-driven, evidence-based approach that supports children, youth, and families with complex needs by building on their strengths, coordinating services, and ensuring voice, choice, and connection to home, school, and community. It is widely recognized as a best-practice model for helping families remain safely together while achieving meaningful, individualized goals.

Achieving this certification places Fred Finch among a select group of providers in California and affirms that our Wraparound program meets the state’s expectations for fidelity to this model of care—reflecting a gold standard in supporting children, youth, and families.
