Residential Youth Counselor

Fred Finch Youth & Family Services is currently seeking dynamic and energetic youth counselors for our residential homes in Oakland and San Diego, CA. Fred Finch provides integrated, comprehensive and family-centered treatment to complex youth with emotional challenges and developmental disabilities and/or autism.

Youth Counselors provide direct supervision to residents in a fast paced dynamic milieu. Our residential programs provide safe, stable, and highly structured environments by combining intensive staffing, mental health interventions and behavior modification. The goal of each program is to maximize each resident’s potential and step them down to home or a lower level of care. More than 90% of clients in our programs are able to meet treatment goals and more than 80%  are able to live in the community with outpatient services after completing our programs.

Pay Rate: $22.00-$28.71/hr based on educational background, experience and shift.
