Training Description

The goal of this training is to equip participants with knowledge and tools that can be used to improve support system-involved youth (SIY) with borderline personality disorder (BPD), focusing on practical applications and evidence-based practices. Participants will learn the behaviors and thinking patterns of SIY with borderline personality display and how it affects their relationships. They will also learn the effective strategies for supporting SIY with BPD.

• Identify 3 symptoms of BPD and explain how these may present for system-involved youth

• Identify and explain 3 risks for system-involved youth associated with BPD
