Training Description

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has already been adopted for all kinds of healthcare and mental health care services. Use of AI in these contexts offers many benefits, risks, and unknowns. In this course, participants will learn what AI is and is not, ways it can be used in mental health practices , risks and benefits of using AI, and legal and ethical considerations involved when supporting system-involved youth and their families.

Participants will be able to:

  • Identify two benefits and two risks of using AI in supports for system-involved youth.
