Staff Testimonial

"I cannot even begin to express how appreciative I am to have had this opportunity to work in this position as my very first post-graduate placement. Given the nature of this job, I felt supported during both successes and challenges.  I feel more confident as a mental health clinician considering the experiences that I have encountered during my time here.  I will strive to stay mindful of the feedback and teachings I have been given from my supervisors, fellow colleagues, treatment team members, current and previous participants, and their families as contribution to my continuing personal and professional development.

I also want to acknowledge the many friendly interactions I have had with supervisors, fellow mental health clinicians, and other Fred Finch staff.  I want to name that I am walking away with more than only clinical experience as I have formed invaluable friendships within this program.”

Education Support Programs

This ambitious and innovative initiative seeks to provide select employees annual financial support to pursue a course of study leading to a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a field of study related to their work.

The Education Support Programs provide vital funds to existing and future clinicians at a time when prices are at record levels and the youth mental health crisis demands more highly trained clinicians.
