Administrative Assistant - Oakland
The Administrative Assistant supports the Administration Department and Executive Team in all aspects of providing quality reception functions, administrative services, and program-specific support.
Document Coordinator
The Document Coordinator is responsible for the development, maintenance, revision, troubleshooting and training of Agency forms, forms management systems, and related databases including, but not limited to those associated with or supporting the agency’s electronic health record (EHR) system, as well as forms created in and used on Excel and Square 9, collectively referred to in this job description as “Forms.”
Training Specialist - Registrar
The Training Specialist - Registrar provides support to the Training Department in all aspects of training to Fred Finch Youth Center programs and community partners. The Registrar is responsible for managing the scheduling of trainings, administration of compliance related trainings for regulated staff positions.
Administrative Program Specialist Oakland (AC TBS)
The Program Specialist is responsible for overall management of all administrative office procedures for the program(s) designated. The Program Specialist will process, maintain, and archive all client records, as well as maintain many complex systems and calendars.
