The Document Coordinator is responsible for the development, maintenance, revision, troubleshooting and training of Agency forms, forms management systems, and related databases including, but not limited to those associated with or supporting the agency’s electronic health record (EHR) system, as well as forms created in and used on Excel and Square 9, collectively referred to in this job description as “Forms.”
The Program Specialist is responsible for overall management of all administrative office procedures for the program(s) designated. The Program Specialist will process, maintain, and archive all client records, as well as maintain many complex systems and calendars.

The Director of Facilities is responsible for overseeing the Facilities Department and the day to day operation of the department including staff hiring and supervision, training, performance management, oversight and work coordination of volunteers/outside contractors/temporary maintenance workers, They are also responsible for coordination of facilities-related functions (e.g. office moves), budget management, systems improvement and prioritization of projects and workload of both Facilities-specific staff, as well as personnel indirectly responsible for safety-related activities agency-wide
