The Administrative Assistant supports the Administration Department and Executive Team in all aspects of providing quality reception functions, administrative services, and program-specific support.
Maintenance Worker
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for the overall repair, upkeep and safe operation of Fred Finch Youth Center facilities (owned and leased), including, but not limited to painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, light construction, documentation of repairs, as well as delivery of and pickup of maintenance supplies. This position is also responsible for assisting with agency vehicle maintenance as needed. The Maintenance worker is expected to perform routine and preventive maintenance and repairs for assigned building(s), facilities and equipment, ensuring technical operations are in proper working order.
Development Assistant
ThUnder the direction of the Director of Development, but operating independently, the Development Assistant assists in the development and maintenance of individual giving programs and community relations activities, to include coordinating giving programs, entering data into the department’s database system, Salsa CRM, generating reports, and assisting with agency events, the volunteer program, and other projects.
Document Coordinator
The Document Coordinator is responsible for the development, maintenance, revision, troubleshooting and training of Agency forms, forms management systems, and related databases including, but not limited to those associated with or supporting the agency’s electronic health record (EHR) system, as well as forms created in and used on Excel and Square 9, collectively referred to in this job description as “Forms.”
Administrative Program Specialist Oakland (VTP)
The Program Specialist is responsible for overall management of all administrative office procedures for the program(s) designated. The Program Specialist will process, maintain, and archive all client records, as well as maintain many complex systems and calendars. Furthermore, the Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring all client sensitive information is kept safeguarded at all times. The Program Specialist must also interact with all staff, clients, and guests in a personable, professional, and helpful manner
